Are you passionate about retail, fragrances, and customer service? Perfumes 4U is hiring Sales Associates who love working in dynamic environments, engaging with people, and achieving sales goals.
Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service and build strong client relationships
- Drive sales by recommending products and closing transactions
- Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining visual standards
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting
- Work collaboratively with the team to exceed store goals
- Participate in floor moves and promotional setup
- Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks:
o Total PL of at least 35%
o UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum
Requirements:
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred
- Passion for customer interaction and a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable transportation
