Perfumes 4 U is seeking energetic, goal-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and motivated to earn money! We’re currently hiring a Lead Key Holder to support store operations, drive sales, and help lead a high-performing team.

Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Position Summary

The Lead Key Holder plays a critical role in supporting store leadership by opening/closing the store, supervising staff, maintaining operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position is full-time and requires strong retail experience, reliability, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations

• Open and close the store in compliance with company procedures.
• Perform management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Supervise staff during shifts to ensure productivity and compliance.
• Check store email regularly for web orders and cycle count instructions.
• Assist with merchandise receiving and inventory management.

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively address customer concerns.
• Achieve and surpass store sales and gross profit goals.
• Train, mentor, and motivate new and existing associates.
• Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks:
• Total PL of at least 35%
• UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum

Reporting & Compliance

• Submit a weekly timecard report to payroll every Sunday.
• Report time discrepancies through the Portal when required
• Approve returns according to company policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and basic computer skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Work Schedule

• Full-time (30 hours per week required)
• Lead Key Holders and Store Managers may not take the same days off.
