JOB DUTIES
- Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services.
- Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner. (Not looking for SHY candidates)
- Familiarize yourself with current information about services and products available for customers.
- Strong verbal communication in Spanish and English.
- Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision.
- Looking for someone with a curious attitude who finds the answer to customer questions versus saying "I'm not sure"
- Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.
- Ability to preform well in a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to preform cleaning duties and other tasks without being repeatedly told and supervised.
