Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through their purchases fragrance
- Maintain accurate records through basic math calculations, retail math
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising to enhance store presentation
- Ensure compliance with all cash handling policies and security protocols during daily operations
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service environments is preferred but not required
- Strong math skills including basic math, retail math, and proficiency with POS
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Ability to perform detailed tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to assisting customer
Pay
- Fixed Range 15-18$ per hour
- Commission based on sales performance.
