- Maintain store appearance through stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing inventory to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
- Handle retail math accurately for transactions, returns, exchanges, and cash drawer balancing with attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone etiquette and in person while maintaining positive communication skills.
- Support the team by supervising store activities when needed, including assisting with training new associates or managing customer flow during peak times.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product placement based on store merchandising standards.

Experience
