Role Description This full-time/part-time Doctor of Physical Therapy role is an on-site position based in West Hollywood, CA. The clinician will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, and performing arts-related conditions using evidence-based physical therapy, Pilates-informed interventions, and individualized rehabilitation plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing and progressing treatment programs, providing patient education on injury prevention and wellness, and documenting care in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare and fitness professionals, communicating clearly with patients and families, and contributing to a positive, supportive clinic environment focused on functional outcomes and performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including evaluation, treatment planning, and progression of care.
- Candidates should possess solid Medicine and Orthopedics knowledge to manage musculoskeletal, sports, and post-surgical conditions safely and effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Patient Care skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to motivate and educate diverse patient populations.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current California physical therapy license, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date.
- Experience or strong interest in performing arts medicine, sports rehabilitation, and Pilates-based therapy is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary setting and manage a varied caseload efficiently.
