Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging them directly in their neighborhoods. Your primary mission is to identify interest, build immediate rapport, and secure confirmed appointments for our expert sales closers. This is a crucial role in our sales process, requiring a proactive and engaging approach to generate qualified leads and drive business growth.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Engage Directly: Approach homeowners in assigned territories, initiating conversations and making a strong first impression.
• Build Rapport: Quickly establish trust and a positive connection with individuals you meet.
• Qualify Interest: Ask targeted questions to understand customer needs and gauge their genuine interest in our products and services.
• Book Appointments: Skillfully schedule confirmed appointments for our sales team, ensuring all necessary details are captured.
• Maintain Activity: Consistently pursue daily and weekly appointment quotas through persistent and effective outreach.

• Document Leads: Accurately record lead information and appointment details using company tools.

Your Earning Potential

This role offers significant earning potential, with successful setters typically earning between $120,000 and $180,000 annually based on performance. Your drive and ability to connect with customers will directly impact your success and income.
