Responsibilities
- Answer phones, texts, and emails
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
- Greet patients and visitors
- Collect copays and payments
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Assist with insurance authorizations and referral tracking
- Support patient scheduling and retention efforts
- Assist with administrative projects as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills

- Computer proficiency
- Medical office experience preferred but not required
Schedule
