Performance Spray Foam is looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, can manage details without being micromanaged, and is comfortable supporting both administrative and marketing tasks.
The Office Manager will help with accounting support, customer communication, marketing, social media, and general office organization. In short: you’ll be the person who helps keep the wheels from falling off the truck — preferably before anyone notices they were loose.
Responsibilities
The Office Manager will assist with:
- Managing and responding to emails
- Helping maintain social media accounts and basic marketing efforts
- Supporting accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up
- Supporting accounts payable, including organizing bills and vendor payments
- Assisting with bookkeeping/accounting tasks
- Keeping office records, files, and documents organized
- Communicating with customers, vendors, and team members
- Helping schedule appointments, jobs, or follow-ups as needed
- Supporting day-to-day office operations
- Creating or updating basic marketing materials, posts, and communications
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is:
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Comfortable with email, computers, and basic office software
- Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Willing to learn accounting, invoicing, and payment processes
- Comfortable helping with social media and marketing tasks
- Able to manage multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
- Trustworthy with confidential business and financial information
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Experience with bookkeeping, QuickBooks, invoicing, social media, or marketing is helpful, but not required for the right person.
Schedule & Location
This position is based in the Performance Spray Foam office in Brookings, South Dakota. The schedule is flexible and expected to be 30–40 hours per week.
