Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor performs a safe and efficient operation within the Performance Seats warehouse. Activities include physical counts and data recording on handheld computer into the PLEX ERP system, investigation on transaction history and shipments, and making inventory adjustments based on findings. The Warehouse Leader will lead the team to ensure all inbound and outbound material are shipped and received in a timely fashion and all material has its proper transactions within the PLEX module. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead for all inventory related issues, and ensuring accuracy.
- Lead for physical inventory counts.
- Supervising and directing cycle counts, within set parameters.
- Supervise timely receipt of material in the PLEX ERP system.
- Investigate and reconcile all cycle count discrepancies in PLEX ERP system.
- Investigate and reconcile all inventory issues discovered through part shortages and/or usage issues; including scrap reconciliation.
- Assist with physical count of parts throughout the Performance Seats warehouse, according to a monthly schedule, as necessary.
- Data input into PLEX ERP system via Hand-Held or laptop computer.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Weight counting parts on scale for small parts.
- Part re-count and adjustment based on previously identified BOM or receipt issues.
- Oversee the management of materials in the warehouse and assist if needed for any off-site stored materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Hilo and/or fork truck experience required
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Physical fitness with the ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds, occasionally.
- Availability to work overtime including occasional weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Communication Skills
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Occupational SafetyHealth Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is required.
