What You’ll Do

• Clean exterior and interior windows at various heights using squeegees, brushes, lifts, cradles, and ladders
• Follow strict safety protocols and use harnesses, ropes, and PPE properly
• Use your knowledge of cleaning agents, chemical safety, and tool handling to ensure top-tier results
• Report any supply needs, equipment concerns, or site hazards to your supervisor
• Assist with emergency or non-routine cleaning work as assigned

What You Bring

• Comfort and confidence working at heights (up to and including high-rise)
• Strong physical ability: lifting, bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing
• Detail-oriented with a pride in leaving windows streak-free and crystal clear
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while staying team-focused
• Must be 18 or older and possess a valid driver’s license for travel to job sites

Work Environment

• Outdoor-based work—expect a variety of weather conditions from 0°F to 90°F
• Physical and active: frequent climbing, lifting up to 60 lbs, and use of mechanical equipment
• May include early morning starts or evening finishes depending on project needs
• All required safety training, equipment, and procedures provided by Performance Plus
