We are seeking a motivated and dependable Specials Team Lead/Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, works well independently, and has strong technical skills in specialty cleaning services. You will be responsible for inspecting completed work, performing specialized cleaning tasks, and ensuring high-quality results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the specials team in day-to-day tasks
- Clean and inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform professional window washing
- Strip and wax floors; perform all aspects of floor care
- Operate equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service
- Adapt to a flexible schedule based on project needs
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in window cleaning
- Skilled in stripping and waxing floors; full knowledge of floor care practices
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver’s license is a must!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Work Schedule & Hours
- This position qualifies for full-time employment
- Hours will vary between 20 and 40 per week, depending on workload
- Shifts may vary based on project requirement
Working Conditions
Must be able to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and construction sites.
Exposure to construction materials, equipment, and hazardous conditions.
Must adhere to safety protocols and always wear appropriate PPE.
