Job Skills / Requirements
Essential Functions
- Clean restrooms, hard surfaces, empty trash and replace liners
- Clean floors and carpets by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
- Properly use chemicals to maintain the cleanliness of client sites
- Use knowledge of chemical safety to maintain any chemicals and supplies on site
- Maintain positive client relations by displaying professionalism
- Use timekeeping system, keys, and security codes.
- Restock and report any needed supplies and equipment repairs to the supervisor, along with any potential hazards
- Complete non-routine/emergency cleaning as specified by work orders
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Availability to work assigned hours and the ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision
- Precision and attention to detail
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
- Employees should possess a valid driver’s license, to ensure the ability to travel independently to respective job sites. Certain positions require a valid license to operate company vehicle.
Work Environment
- The nature of the work is physical, requires uninhibited manual dexterity, lifting, bending, twisting, pushing and pulling 25 pounds repeatedly and up to 60 pounds (occasionally).
- May be required to work atop ladders and operate mechanical equipment.
- Work is performed in a variety of conditions, may be exposed to extreme temperatures (0-90 degrees)
