Store Manager

Performance Plus Quick Oil Change Center is seeking a career-minded individual for a Store Manager position in the Charlevoix, MI. Wages start between $45,000 - $50,000 per year plus bonuses and benefits. Established in 1990, Performance Plus has grown throughout Michigan to over 50 locations while striving to be the best place anywhere our customers can go for a quick and professional oil change. Our team of store managers work side-by-side with our technicians to provide the very best preventive maintenance services and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Whether you need additional experience under the hood or communicating with our guests, our training program will prepare you to be skilled and confident in all aspects of the position.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management and retail sales.
• Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support in daily tasks and customer service.
• Ensure efficient cash register operations and accurate inventory control to optimize store performance.
• Conduct employee orientations, interviews, and recruiting activities to build a strong and capable team.
• Maintain shop cleanliness & organization.
• Administer payroll & scheduling reports.
