Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Wash Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy car wash location. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in customer service, team management, and site maintenance. The Car Wash Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, maintaining equipment, and driving overall site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage the day-to-day operations of the car wash, including opening and closing duties.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing excellent service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise car wash attendants, scheduling shifts, and managing team performance.
- Quality Control: Oversee the quality of all services offered, ensuring vehicles are washed to company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.
- Inventory & Supplies: Manage and track stock of cleaning supplies and other essentials, placing orders as necessary.
- Sales & Promotions: Implement sales strategies to increase service purchases and customer retention.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure that all employees follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in car wash operations or retail/service management is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Customer-Focused: Exceptional customer service skills and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance.
