Position Summary:

Local, reputable company is seeking a reliable, professional Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth communication with customers and vendors. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy environment where responsibilities may shift with the season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, helpful customer service
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
  • Maintain organized records and assist with general office duties
  • Take initiative to identify needs, solve problems, and support company operations
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members

Qualifications:

  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, management, and staff
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Positive, pleasant attitude when interacting with customers
  • Basic knowledge of AR/AP processes and familiarity with Sage Accounting a plus
  • Reliable and punctual

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
