Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, helpful customer service
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform basic Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
- Maintain organized records and assist with general office duties
- Take initiative to identify needs, solve problems, and support company operations
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, management, and staff
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
- Positive, pleasant attitude when interacting with customers
- Basic knowledge of AR/AP processes and familiarity with Sage Accounting a plus
- Reliable and punctual
