About The Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll work closely with our licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one, evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in helping patients achieve meaningful outcomes through personalized treatment plans, exercise instruction, and education.
This is a collaborative clinical role where you’ll make a direct impact every day—working with a diverse caseload that may include orthopedic, spine, sports, vestibular, and pre/post-operative patients. You’ll treat approximately 1.3 patients per hour, with time to focus on quality care.

- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement treatment programs that reflect the therapist’s plan of care and goals
- Instruct patients in safe and effective exercise and functional activities
- Educate patients and families to support adherence and independence
- Document care accurately, completely, and on time in Clinicient EMR

- An active (or eligible) Delaware Physical Therapist Assistant license
- An associate’s degree from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program
- Experience in an outpatient setting (preferred)
- Interest in continued learning and clinical growth
- A collaborative mindset and patient-first attitude
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with Medicare and third-party payer requirements
