Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise progressions, and patient education in true 1:1 sessions.
- Collaborate with supportive clinic directors and an engaged multidisciplinary team to uphold our “higher standard of care.”
- Shape or receive mentorship: new grads ease into lighter caseloads with guided CEU pathways, while experienced clinicians have opportunities to teach and lead clinical initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that streamline workflow, elevate patient experience, and strengthen our community reputation.
What You’ll Bring
Florida PT license (or eligibility) and roughly 3 years’ outpatient experience—motivated newer clinicians with a growth mind-set also encouraged to apply.- Solid manual skills and a passion for individualized, movement-based treatment.
