We are a therapist-owned outpatient practice in Columbia, Maryland, and we are looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team.

Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated orthopedic Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients return to the activities that matter to them. While our practice treats an active and diverse patient population, a sports specialization is not required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong foundation in evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation
- Be skilled in manual therapy and comfortable integrating hands-on treatment with progressive therapeutic exercise
- Have excellent clinical reasoning and the ability to develop individualized plans of care
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy developing meaningful relationships with patients
- Value quality of care and long-term outcomes
- Be motivated to continue developing their clinical skills
- Dry needling experience and advanced manual therapy certifications are preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
