Performance Occupational Health Services is seeking a full-time Physician (MD or DO) or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team!

We're a growing Occupational Medicine clinic in SW Washington, with two locations. Our clinic is locally owned and woman-led, with leadership that values provider autonomy and work-life balance. Our team is tight-knit, and you can expect a collaborative, fun work environment!

Position Details:
Location: Primarily Longview, WA, with occasional days in Vancouver
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm
Setting: Clinic-based with occasional offsite services for employer clients
Employment Type: Full-time
Call: None – no evenings or weekends
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Washington License (Oregon preferred; not required)
- Board Certified
- BLS Certified
- DOT certified, or willingness to obtain CME for DOT physicals (training support available)
- Active DEA License
** New graduates and providers transitioning into occupational medicine are encouraged to apply. Training provided.
Responsibilities May Include:
· Perform DOT and non-DOT physicals
· Conduct occupational health and injury evaluations
· Support workplace health and safety programs
· Provide occasional offsite services for employer clients
· Document patient visits in the clinic EMR (Systoc)
