Certified Medical Assistant /CNA – Integrative Medicine Clinic

This is a Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM position and Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, based in our West Knoxville office, with occasional coverage at our North Knoxville location. We also have a part-time position available Tuesday–Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Support (As Needed)

• Welcome patients, verify demographics, consent forms and notify clinical staff of patient arrivals.
• Schedule appointments, confirm upcoming visits, and perform appointment reminder calls.
• Answer a multi-line phone system, route calls, respond to patient inquiries, and relay messages promptly and professionally.

Financial Responsibilities (As Needed)

• Collect patient payments at the time of service and maintain accurate payment records.

Clinical Support

• Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, height, and weight.
• Prepare examination and treatment rooms by stocking supplies, sanitizing instruments, and ensuring rooms are fully equipped for patient care.
• Assist providers with examinations and minor office procedures.
• Administer injections under provider supervision.
• Provide patients with clear post-procedure instructions and guidance regarding follow-up care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
