Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, and repairs
- Mix and apply epoxy, urethane, and other resinous floor coating systems
- Install decorative and industrial flooring systems
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow project specifications and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications:
- Construction or flooring experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
