What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Sales Associate position at Performance Golf Carts?
Performance Golf Carts is looking for a parts and accessories specialist with automotive, golf cart, powersports, or rv experience. At Performance Golf Carts you’ll not only work for a motivated and driven company, but you’ll also work with people that care. We won’t settle for anything but the best talent, the best attitude, and the best fit. We are also able to train and teach the specifics of Golf Carts so Automotive, RV, or Powersports experience is preferred.
Excellent computer, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, phone, and interpersonal skills is a must. We strive to effectively communicate with customers and team members, about their questions, concerns, and orders.

What Will I Do Every Day?
- Ensure customers have a great experience
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Focus on helping walk in customers
- Work with suppliers to follow up on parts availability
- Work with supplier to follow up on parts orders
- Look up product information
- Register product warranties for customers
- Communicate frequently with technicians, service manager, and parts associates to ensure we take care of our customers
- Follow up with customers on the status of their parts
- Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
- Hours are Monday - Friday 9AM-5:30PM and 2 Saturday's a Month from 10AM-2PM as needed.
