Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Associate
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. No particular education or work experience is required. The most important attribute in attention to detail and a willingness to learn. We have a small staff so you will need to fill multiple roles and will have a variety of duties. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a fast growing business.
Responsibilities
- Order fulfillment (packing and shipping orders)
- Shipping/Receiving (receiving packages, scheduling pickups)
- Managing stock (organizing/stocking inventory, managing SKU)
- Warehouse inventory management (managing warehouse organization and transporting inventory)
- Answering customer service emails and phone calls (order status, returns, shipping questions, general questions)
- Building/assembling (control boxes, controllers, sensitivity mods, pads, and other parts)
- Photography (pictures of products and promotional content, editing and uploading photos)
- Social media and advertising (managing pages, interacting with posts, creating content)
All positions will require you to work in person in Athens, Ohio. We have an office on West Union Street and a warehouse on Columbus Road.
