What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers — helping them find the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Provide outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and online.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process — from test drive to financing.
- Utilize the latest CRM tools and technology to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Represent the Performance Ford Bountiful brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed dealership goals.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and high energy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- All Performance Automotive employees must pass a substance screening
- Receptive to coaching and a willingness to adopt and learn new skills
Preferred Experience (Gets You to the Front of the Line!)
- 2 years of automotive sales experience OR related experience (insurance sales, solar, pest and other d2d sales, etc.)
- Experience with VinSolutions CRM
- Experience using AutoAlert or Velocity Equity Mining tools
- Knowledge of email or SMS marketing techniques
- Leadership skills — we love to promote from within!
