The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of diesel mechanics and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of medium to heavy-duty trucks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of diesel mechanics to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of medium to heavy-duty trucks
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source replacement parts and materials
- Monitor and report on maintenance costs and efficiency metrics
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a maintenance or repair facility
- Proven track record of reducing maintenance costs and improving efficiency
