Major Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead special projects, ranging from understanding and coordinating our margin activities across all ERPs and work to build pricing confidence within our Sales Force. Partner on business strategy development. This includes scope, planning, and execution of multiple projects, often with quick turn around.
- Responsible for being a Margin subject matter expert, training users on our tools, and continued development and enhancements to our Margin tools. This will include working with all levels of our Sales force as well as our Executive Leaders.
- Will need to establish meaningful KPIs that can be measured and tracked to increase our tools overall effectiveness and help drive pricing confidence.
- Identifies opportunities for sales process improvement by fostering close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and sales and support personnel.
- Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the company as needed.

Required Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 5 - 7 Years Related experience
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage workload, and drive accountability.
- Acting as a trusted business advisor to our Sales Leaders and their teams.
- Experience driving process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Familiar with IT systems.
- Results driven, action-oriented, and will be proactive mindset a plus.
