Compensation
$86,100 - $135,900 Annually

Position Responsibilities:
- Supervises associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution. Ensure duties are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Administers company policies and participates in budget and strategic planning. Creates and/or reviews financial reporting, as reviewed by operating company President and senior leadership.
- Manages the Accounting Department using independent judgment and discretion. Coordinates activities of department for which responsibility is delegated to further attainment of goals and objectives.
- Creates and reviews analysis of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department progress toward stated goals and objectives as pertaining to Profit and Loss (P&L) / balance sheet / cash flow. Reviews financial data for accuracy, and resolves discrepancies, including end of year audit.
- Proactively develops and maintains effective reporting and management processes to identify, measure, and drive business decisions from key financial information while safeguarding resources. Manage and implement advanced systems, policies and procedures related to the organization’s fiscal function and performance.
- Enforces financial discipline/guidelines and controls. Oversees processing, verifies, financial data, reporting, asset management and other processes as assigned.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
