- Sharify (produce quality program – work with Procurement team to make sure there is a process and we are in compliance)
- Review of break cases
- Review of transfers
- Review of equities?
- Write processes
- A&W process – work with Corp Contracts
- Review of slow moving items
- Put together documents / spreadsheet for New items versus slow movers
- Profit review on Dedicated Inbound Loads
- Put together template for buyers to review specific categories with goals / targets
- DOT / PA Power BI review
- Excess Inventory to another Opco
- Updating Inventory Focus spreadsheet weekly.
- Assist to get s/o items review updated.
- Assist to get Code B Review updated.
