Performance Food Group is excited to add a Cloud Services & Identity Architect to our Enterprise Technical Services team. This role will collaborate with a team of professionals who are committed to defining technical strategy, architecting, designing, and delivering end-to-end identity management. It will report to the Director of Cloud Services, along with a dotted line relationship with the Cloud Services Manager and Chief Information Security Officer.
This Architect will be PFG's subject matter expert role with responsibilities for architecting, designing and implementing a variety of solutions including identity lifecycle management, directory services, Entra/M365 related services, DMARC deployment, access provisioning and public key infrastructure.
The ideal candidate would demonstrate strong technical competence and business acumen through engaging in technology decision-making discussions related to agility and business value surrounding identity, security, and compliance workplace solutions. Also empowers teammates by sharing subject matter expertise in large enterprise implementations, mergers & acquisitions, and oversee delivery of large, complex, and strategic projects for the company.

Required Qualifications
Experience working on translating and organizing architectural design into specific work components for projects
Possesses advanced listening skills and advanced problem solving, root cause analysis, and resolution skills
Ability to work in a matrixed environment, breaking down silos and establishing trust, leadership, and subject matter expertise across cross functional business, application, infrastructure, and security teams.
Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management
Experience with access controls and related capabilities, including Multi-Factor Authentication conditional access, federation, and single sign on.
Experience in application Claims Based Authentication, OAUTH2, and OpenID Connect standards.
Experience in Rights Management Services (RMS), Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), machine identity management, and Cloud Entitlement Management
Comprehensive understanding of Azure B2C solutions
Experience integrating Microsoft Entra and Microsoft 365 solutions
Experience in architecting solutions to support the integration of users and identities of large enterprise mergers and acquisitions (5,000 users)
Advanced management and design of Active Directory environments.
Advanced understanding of supplemental services for Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Enthusiastic about learning new skills, technologies, and conveying knowledge.
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and analysis skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or the equivalent in experience
Experience with user governance/privileged access and auditing
Advanced experience in enterprise directory architecture and design including significant knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
3 years of experience with Identity Management solutions such as Sailpoint
5 years of experience with Access Management solutions
3 years' experience working with PKI
3 years of experience with Privileged Account Management solutions such as CyberArk
5 years of experience with troubleshooting issues with Identity Management solutions, and n-tier Web applications
5 years' experience designing solutions in IAM technical role(s) for large enterprise.
Working knowledge of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance IAM capabilities and architecture (firecall, provisioning, segregation of duties management)
Working knowledge of IBMi access architecture
Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and enterprise IT environments.

Position Responsibilities:
- Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding Cloud Services and Identity solutions.
- Architectural oversight of integrating various technology platforms, specifically Azure Entra, Active Directory, IBMi with IAM capabilities, Identity Governance and Administration and Risk and Compliance (GRC).
- Lead technical planning and execution for cloud services projects, including Entra ID protections, DMARC deployment, and Active Directory migrations.
- Advise on design and delivery of Identity and Access Management services in large, complex environments for both on-premises and cloud hosted solutions.
- Identify solutions for mitigating known identity and access-based threats.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to research, plan, and design a robust, 'best in class' IAM architecture that aligns and integrates with other Enterprise level IT efforts.
- Provide architectural design, guidance and oversight on email security products (ESA/ETD), including policy configuration, health checks, and incident response.
- Perform reviews and assessments of existing Directory Services and Identity solutions in terms of overall configuration correctness, security, and performance.
- Identify areas for process optimization.
- Document and maintain internal wikis, architectural renderings/diagrams, standards and use cases in support of understanding our data landscape and risk details.
- Ensure solutions adhere to internal standards and industry best practices.
