You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the sales region, supporting Sales Representatives in addressing their needs and concerns. Position Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
- Maintenance and execution of our company programs and initiatives (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
- Attending to customer needs and concerns promptly via phone and/or email
- Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
- Identifying and reducing out-of-stocks on shelves.
- Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
- Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
- Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
- Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
- Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
