What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Lube Technician position at Performance Fast Lube?
As an Experienced Lube Tech, you will:
- Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance services with speed and accuracy.
- Inspect and replace air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, and other light maintenance items.
- Perform fluid services, tire rotations, and pressure checks.
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and make recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bay.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with team members and customers.
- A valid, non-expired Drivers License.
- Prior lube technician experience required.
- Solid knowledge of oil changes, filters, fluids, and general preventative maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, hardworking, and a team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Work Location: In person
