Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate and oversee multi-family energy retrofitting projects across the state of Georgia. This role requires a strong leader who can manage crews, calculate and track inventory needs, ensure quality control, and interface with high-level stakeholders. The position offers a hybrid work environment with required travel to project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling of all multi-family energy retrofitting projects statewide
- Set up and launch jobs throughout the state of Georgia
- Calculate total project inventory needs and break down inventory requirements per project
- Prepare and distribute weekly inventory and project status reports
- Manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and performance goals are met
- Oversee QA/QC (Quality Assurance / Quality Control) for all multi-family work
- Interface with utilities, implementers, and other high-level decision makers and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with program guidelines, safety standards, and contractual requirements
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion
- Maintain clear communication between field teams, office staff, and leadership
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong background in construction, energy efficiency, or multi-family project management preferred
- Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze inventory needs and produce accurate reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems
Work Environment:
- Hybrid position: work from home, office, and travel as required
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta, Georgia
- Regular travel to job sites throughout the state
Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
