Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, on-site role where the primary responsibility will be preparing and evaluating detailed cost estimates for electrical projects. The Electrical Estimator will collaborate with project managers, analyze drawings and specifications, assess materials and labor costs, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and knowledge of industry standards to ensure accurate and timely project proposals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electrical Estimating and Cost Control
- Expertise in Electrical Contracting and project workflows
- Solid understanding of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess project requirements
- Proficiency in estimating software and relevant tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the construction or electrical industry (preferred)
