Commercial Electrical Estimator
Are you an experienced estimator ready to take on large-scale multi-family and commercial electrical projects? Join Performance Electrical Contracting, Inc., a growing team known for delivering quality, safety, and integrity in every project.
What You’ll Do
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial and multi-family projects.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Use McCormick estimating software or similar programs to build competitive bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure precision and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of estimating experience in multi-family electrical construction (required).
- Experience with McCormick software or similar estimating tools.
- Able to read blueprints and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Some electrical experience a plus.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with a strong understanding of deadlines.
- Must have reliable transportation.
