Responsibilities
- Filing warranties with manufactures
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customer base
- Forward facing customer interactions
- Maintain the highest level of communication throughout repair order cycle
- Generation and management of repair orders
- Scheduling and communication with technicians
Qualifications
- Marine Industry Experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to use a computer and dealer operating system
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Problem solving abilities
- Familiarity with common accessories for marine applications
- Professional communication oral and written
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Passion for the marine industry

- Familiarity with technical components and terminology for marine applications
