JOB ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Field Laborer, you will be accountable for performing the installation of doors and hardware for construction
projects.
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Tool Requirements:
o Work Boots w/ Safety Toe
• Load & unload trucks and handle materials on building sites
• Provide basic housekeeping and site maintenance
• Utilize pallet jacks and other tools necessary for the installation of doors and hardware
• Other duties and job responsibilities as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 80lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather elements.
• Ability to use various hand tools
• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and
customers.
