We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven outside Sales Professional to join our team selling our product line of decorative floor coating systems and garage cabinetry - both residential and commercial. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in business development, account management, and customer service. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation with a focus on building lasting relationships. Some leads provided, but cold-calling is a requirement. Compensation is commission based only, paid weekly on executed contracts.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts while seeking new opportunities.
- Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, updating in our CRM system daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales.
- Persuasive negotiating skills with a track record as a strong closer.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer engagement.
