This is a 1099 contract opportunity where the work will begin on or around January 5, 2026, and is planned to continue through the end of 2026.We are exclusively looking for candidates who are based in the greater Boston area, as the role will require on-site onboarding and meetings from time to time, including launch activities. It is expected that approximately 85% of this work can be done remotely. Candidates who have vacations planned during the summer of 2026 can not be considered. The work will be up to 40 hours per week, and there are no plans for this role to convert to full-time at this time. The hourly rate range for this role is $50-$150/hr and will be paid commensurate with experience. ROLE SUMMARYThe Pharma Commercial Launch Training Manager will help design and deliver impactful training programs to elevate the knowledge and capabilities of customer-facing teams, including Field Sales, Account Managers, and Educator roles. This role will play a key part in preparing the company for a mid-summer 2026 product launch.In collaboration with Field Leadership, the Brand Team and various cross-functional partners the manager will lead the planning and execution of onboarding training initiatives that equip teams for launch readiness and sustained success.Responsible for coordinating & facilitating new hire training (virtual and live)Develop, implement, and facilitate training programs and workshops as required for National Sales and Plan of Action (POA) MeetingsIdentify learning gaps and create effective content that improves the desired outcome for our field teams in partnership with Director, Commercial Effectiveness & TrainingManage the processes associated with the Medical, Legal and Regulatory review for appropriate training assetsPerform other duties as assigned EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience5-8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company within a commercial organizationPrevious role within Commercial Enablement/Training team, experience supporting a Launch a plusAt least 2 years of training experience, Corporate/In-house trainer experience preferredExceptional communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with instructional design and facilitating training workshops to small and large groups in live and virtual environmentsFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods (e.g., mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines amidst shifting prioritiesExperience in the Immunology therapeutic area and rare disease markets is preferredExperience building and maintaining relationships across an organizationExperience various learning administration systems and learning technologiesGENERAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSExcellent interpersonal skillsCustomer-centricCollaborative and flexibleHighly organized with strong planning capabilitiesComfortable dealing with ambiguity and recommending solutionsWorks with a sense of urgency and efficiency, while maintaining attention to detailSelf-starter, with ability to think creatively and solid problem-solving skillsExcels in producing clear and concise communications, both written and verbalDemonstrates critical, creative thinking and problem-solving skillsComfortable with technology and learning/mastering software systemsDemonstrated project coordination experienceAbility to work and coordinate cross-nationallyDemonstrated proficiency across Microsoft Office and associated tools (Word, Excel, PowerPointPlease review our privacy policy here.
