What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Strength And Conditioning Coach position at Performance Course?
Our summer coaching position is an immersive 8-week experience in which you will gain hands on coaching experience and learn the scientific principles on which Performance Course is built. The program runs from June 1st – July 23rd, 2026. During this time, you will apply Performance Course’s scientific principles, character curriculum and leadership program as well as integrate programming and movement assessments into a cohesive training philosophy.
Throughout your time, you will be assigned to a school & coordinator and get the opportunity to dive deeper into the setup, organization and execution of our training programs. Your coordinator will be on site everyday providing close supervision to ensure correct implementation of each training session. They will also provide immediate feedback during training sessions if the situation allows, as well as a breakdown and debriefing session upon completion of all training sessions to address any issues, concerns or questions from coaches.
