Automotive Warranty Administrator
- Prepare and submit all warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Offer warranty support and guidance to Technicians, Advisors, and Management to ensure compliance with warranty policies.
- Review and analyze warranty claims for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of all warranty claims and communications.
- Update warranty schedules.
- Collaborate with the service team to resolve warranty-related issues and improve processes.
- Stay updated on manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
3 Years Warranty Administrator experience 2 Years Automotive Dealership experience Attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
