Performance Automotive is a high-volume, multi-brand dealer group serving the Greater Bountiful area with top brands like Ford, Honda, and Toyota. We’re hiring reliable and dependable Automotive Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agents to join our team at Performance Toyota Bountiful.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments
- Answer inbound service calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly
- Use internal scheduling tools to book and confirm service appointments
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service
- Meet or exceed daily call and booking targets (100 calls/day)
- Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Support our Utah and Ohio stores
Schedule
- Monday–Friday 9 am - 6:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch
- Rotating Saturdays (extra day off during the week when working Saturday)
- Sundays off
- Full-time
- In-person (no remote option)

- Starting at $17/hour bonus opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of customer service experience
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience with high-volume outbound calling
- Call center experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plus
- Ability to work a full time schedule
- Reliable and dependable
- Positive attitude, organized, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must pass substance screening
