We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer/ Sports Performance Coach to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated professional.
## Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels.
- Develop personalized workout plans based on clients' goals and abilities.
- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques.
- Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness/ sports performance goals.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement training sessions.
## Experience: Preferred, but will train the right candidate.
## Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, physiology, and training session operations.
- Ability to tailor workouts for individuals with varying fitness levels and goals.
- Familiarity with gym equipment and exercise modalities.
