The Project Manager at Performance Architects will be responsible for all services and end products delivered by Performance Architects for our key strategic accounts. Leads the day-to-day execution of Oracle Cloud EPM projects. Responsible for all project management activities related to managing the work plan, issues, risks, communication etc. Serves as a single point of contact for issue escalation and is empowered to draw on all resources at Performance Architects to bring issues to resolution.
Locations: Remote (anywhere in the US); Boston, MA Area
- Tracks and manages the project schedule, financial performance, and task details included in the program plan
- Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and makes adjustments consistent with plan objectives
- Acting as primary customer contact for program activities and leading program review sessions with the customer and/or leadership to address cost, schedule, and technical performance
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Ensure efficiency with Client Project Management Methodology, processes, and tool expertise
- Practices effective problem-solving skills, with the fortitude to drive resolutions to a close
- Work with leadership and technical leads to staff and resource the client work appropriately
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives
- Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in processes leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness
- B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required
- Experience in full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and training)
- Minimum five years of experience in managing Technical Analytics / Reporting projects in large and/or global organizations
- Broad understanding of program management practices and methodologies across technologies and industries
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication / relationship-building skills
- Prior consulting experience strongly preferred
