About The Role
You'll own the design and user experience for digital products across mobile and web platforms. You'll create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms, develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the development of intuitive user experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design concepts while ensuring a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style that aligns with brand guidelines.
What You'll Do

What You'll Do
- Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all platforms
- Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize user interfaces and interactions
- Design user flows, journey maps, and scenarios to guide the development of intuitive user experiences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to implement and refine design concepts
- Ensure a clean, modern, and aesthetically pleasing design style that aligns with brand guidelines
- Conduct and analyze user testing to iterate on designs and improve user experience
- Clearly present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively apply them to your work
- You create pixel-perfect layouts and maintain consistent design language across all work
- You communicate design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational excellence
- You collaborate effectively across teams, incorporating feedback and iterating designs
- You solve design challenges with strong creative thinking and innovative solutions
- You stay current on design trends and continuously evolve your craft
- 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application design
- Experience and knowledge of corporate/financial accounting areas
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems
- 3 years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including nested components, auto layout, and design libraries
- Skilled in building wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- A keen eye for clean, minimalist, and user-centric design
- Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to think outside the box to solve design challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders
- A meticulous approach to design, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts and consistent design language
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
