Location : Vallejo ,CA Hybrid/Onsite (3x a week onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree required
- Ideally 5 years of project management or quality assurance processes experience
- MS Excel - ability to analyze data for process improvement
- Candidates must have PROCESS or PERFORMANCE improvement experience as it relates to HEALTHCARE OPERATIONS, ideally HOME HEALTHCARE - working with front line physicians and non-physician leaders, nurse, front line staff, etc.
- Report and dashboard development
- Experience supporting leadership and upper management - good communications skills
