We currently have a career opportunity for an Organizational Change Management Lead to join our Management Consulting team. Job Overview: This position will provide change management leadership and support to key enterprise wide operational improvements. Responsibilities Leads all phases of Perficient's Organizational Change Management Methodology including discovery to define, design, enable, and measure success of the change strategy Leads and assists subordinate (Perficient or client) Change resources in project delivery Interfaces and communicates with all levels of Perficient project resources and stakeholders Qualifications Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in delivery of change management. Previous consulting experience. Advanced degree/education preferred. Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight. Management Consulting and project management experience. Strong client management and executive level communications skills. Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition. Fluent and current on Change Management trends. Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes. Experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-user training (web-based authoring experience preferred). Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution. Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus. A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected. Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to Executives. Experience working work a globally distributed team. Desire to mentor team members and develop their skills. Experience leading internal teams. Be independent, self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity. Flexible to travel to client or Perficient locations. Preferred Experience BA/BS degree in Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems or related field required or 7 to 10 years of experience in a Change Management role.
