POSITION SUMMARY
PerfectVision Manufacturing is a dynamic, leading solutions provider in the Telecommunications industry with several channels from satellite resellers to wireless contractors and everything in between.
PerfectVision Manufacturing, a recognized leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking an accomplished Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions, preferably with a background in Field Service and/or ERP. In this role, you will oversee planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution of high-impact projects that drive efficiency and quality across our diverse customer channels, ranging from satellite resellers to wireless contractors. You will lead cross-functional and global teams, ensuring seamless service delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Serve as the primary driver for Salesforce Field Service and ERP project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
· Develop clear project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
· Create and maintain detailed project documentation and execution plans.
· Effectively coordinate internal teams and external vendors to achieve timely, on-budget delivery.
· Monitor project progress; proactively manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget using industry-standard verification and control techniques.
· Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
· Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly and consistently to stakeholders and executive leadership.
· Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to support smooth implementation and adoption.
· Analyze trends across releases and champion process improvements to enhance solution quality and project outcomes.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
· Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience, with a focus on Salesforce projects.
· Hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (highly preferred).
· Strong understanding of standard System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize deliverables, and drive continuous improvement.
