Perfection Roofing is looking for an experienced Roofing Sales Representative who knows how to generate opportunities, inspect roofs, build trust with homeowners, and close profitable roofing projects.
This role is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and driven by performance-based income. We are looking for a sales professional with roofing experience who wants freedom, strong earning potential, and the ability to control their schedule.
This is a commission-based opportunity with weekly pay and significant income potential for the right person.

What You’ll Do
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new roofing opportunities, meeting with homeowners & property managers, inspecting properties, presenting solutions, and helping guide customers through the roofing process.
This is a self-directed sales role. You will be expected to manage your own schedule, follow up consistently, and create opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate roofing leads through referrals, networking, and other prospecting methods
- Inspect roofs and properties, including safely climbing roofs when needed
- Meet with homeowners & property managers and explain roofing options clearly
- Identify storm damage, repair needs, and replacement opportunities
- Present estimates and close roofing projects
- Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the sales process
- Keep job notes and customer information organized
- Work with the internal team to help ensure sold jobs are handed off properly

Commission Structure: 5 - 50/50
Our sales team is compensated through a 5 - 50/50 structure. This simply means 5% is taken off the top for overhead & office expenses, and then gross profit is split 50/50 between you & the company.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of roofing sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable generating opportunities for yourself
- Able to inspect roofs and safely use ladders
- Self-motivated and organized
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation required
- Production experience is a plus, but not required
- JobNimbus experience is a plus, but not required
