Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods and tools, ensuring safety and effectiveness
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans
- Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and treatments applied
- Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Experience
- Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote services and upsell additional treatments or maintenance plans
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
- Ability to operate various equipment safely and efficiently
- Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry best practices
- Pass a background and drug screening
