About the Role
Perfection One Collision Center is hiring an Auto Detailer for our Chillicothe location. This role combines hands-on vehicle cleaning with a few added responsibilities: driving vehicles for shop transportation and running basic pre- and post-repair scans. No prior scanning experience required — we'll train you on our equipment.
What You'll Do
- Wash, vacuum, and detail customer vehicles inside and out to shop quality standards
- Prep vehicles before and after repair work
- Drive vehicles locally to assist with shop transportation needs (customer pickups/drop-offs, parts runs, dealer trips)
- Perform light-duty pre-scan and post-scan diagnostics on vehicles using shop scan tools, following basic guided steps
- Keep the detail bay and equipment clean and organized
- Communicate with estimators and technicians on vehicle status
What We're Looking For
- Basic auto detailing / car cleaning skills (experience preferred, not required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required — this role involves driving company and customer vehicles)
- Comfortable learning basic diagnostic scan tool operation (training provided)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25–50 lbs for extended periods
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday (weekend availability a plus)
Pay & Benefits
